If you are out and about this bank holiday weekend there's a greater chance of bumping into one of my paintings! This is still a very slight chance but more than usual!

This is because I will have art at The Kimpton Art Show, the Hertford Open and the Eagle Gallery in Bedford.

So the annual pilgrimage to Hertford ended with only one out of the six entries being accepted. It's always been a tough call, but getting four out of the six in last year and selling two of those had given me hope. Still, it brings one down to earth and helps generate a desire to improve and fight another day. 

So, "Man on a Bus" will be my sole effort on show 3rd May to 16th at the Cowbridge Halls in Hertford. Always a top quality show, so worth a look. The offending failures/ firewood wannabes were "Mother and Child", "Self", "Berlin Squash", "Dreaming of Yesterday" and "Pete's Dragon" all appearing in a charity shop near you soon! (Actually I am still quite proud of them, so hand's off Oxfam)
